Chia Seeds (Salvia Hispanica) were originally cultivated by the Aztecs in Mexico. They are naturally gluten free. Raw Health Organic White Chia Seeds are a source of protein, high in fibre and have not been heated above 42°C. Sprinkle on muesli, salads, add to smoothies or use in baking.
