ŐSIMAGNESIUM Bath Flakes are a very effective way to increase your body’s magnesium levels. For foot bath: Add 150-200g (a cup) flakes in warm water and enjoy it for 20 minutes or longer if desired. For a bath soak: Add 25-300g (two cups) flakes in a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer. It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per week max.
