These non-applicator regular tampons are 100% organic cotton tampons, free from toxins and naturally biodegradable. DAME Organic Cotton Tampons Regular can be used on their own or with the D Reusable Tampon Applicator.
Step 1 – Wash your hands.
Step 2 – Unwrap the gold tear tape around the tampon and remove the rest of the wrapper.
Step 3 – Pull the string away from the base of the tampon and then give it a gentle tug to ensure it is secure.
Step 4 – Relax. Use your fingertip to guide the tampon into place, aim up and backwards towards the small of your back.
Step 5 – You’ll know the tampon is in place when you can no longer feel it. If you still feel it, you may need to push it further into place.
Step 6 – Always wash your hands after. To remove your tampon, simply pull the string gently. Never flush your tampon or they end up blocking drains and ruining beaches. If binned, our tampons will return to nature.
Please read and keep the leaflet that is found inside every tampon pack. When using tampons, always use the lowest absorbency for your flow and change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours. Tampons are associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). This is a rare but serious illness that can be fatal. More information on the risks and symptoms of TSS can be found in the leaflet provided inside our tampon packs.
At As Nature Intended, we ensure that the products that we stock come from natural origin wherever possible and are free from toxins.
