What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments through PayPal and Sage Pay.
Card accepted are Visa, Maestro & MasterCard.
How do I know my credit/debit card transaction is secure?
As Nature Intended take security very seriously. We have partnered with the best names in Internet security to provide a secure and safe shopping experience.
Please refer to our terms & conditions for in-depth legal information but please be reassured that we do not store credit/debit card details.
Can I pay by cheque or postal order?
No I’m sorry we don’t accept these.
Do prices shown on the site contain VAT?
If a product is VATable it will be included in the price shown on our site. A break down of the VAT amount paid will be show at checkout as well as on your receipt.
What is the minimum order for free delivery?
The minimum order for free delivery within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) is £30.
What is your delivery charge?
Orders under £30 are charged at a flat rate of £3.50.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally but hope to in the future.
How long will it take for delivery?
Delivery is between 1-3 working days.
How do I track my order?
On the website homepage, click on ‘My Account’ at the top left of the page. Login using your username and password. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, track your orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and change your password.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. A copy of the delivery note will be emailed to you on completion of your order and at point of posting. We also include a hard copy of the delivery note in with your goods.
How do I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

What happens if a product I have ordered is not in stock?
If a product is not available to send with your order we will refund in full you will be contacted to inform you that this has happened.
What is your policy regarding refunds?
We do offer refunds if you are unhappy with products we have sent to you. Full details on how to do this can be found in point 10 & 11 of our terms & conditions.
Who do I call if I am unable to log into my profile?
