Temporary changes to the way you shop with ANI
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we’ve had to make some temporary changes to the way you shop with us. First of all we’d like to thank you for your continued support. We’ve had some great messages from our customers and we love to hear how we can help in the communities of our stores. Keep them coming!
We’re doing everything possible in order to make sure all of our customers can purchase what they need, whether this is in-store or online. Our stores will be open 7 days a week, on reduced hours we’ll inform you when we return to normal trading hours.
In our stores there will be strict social distancing. We advise any shoppers to keep a 2 metre distance from others, whether in an aisle or queueing at the tills. In case of queuing we may operate a 1 in 1 out policy.
There’s now a set limit on how many of each product you can purchase in our stores and online which is 2 per customer on all items.
Due to a very high volume we are not able to respond to all customers queries.
If you’ve had your order cancelled this could be due to a product being out of stock and there are issues with the supply of some products. If we are not aware on the delivery time of any product, the customer will be refunded.
We are now only taking orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This will take strain off our warehouse and improve dispatch times. Terms are subject to change depending on the government’s imposition with regards to COVID-19.

We’ve now lifted the order days on our website. We’re working hard to keep up with the exceptionally high demand for online orders. We apologise if our service isn’t quite up to our usual standards and are grateful for your patience. We have to limit new orders to ship the ones that were already placed by customers.
