Adding more protein to your diet can be very easy and delicious! What about a chocolate protein spread, which is ready in 5 minutes and it’s perfect for a healthy snack throughout the day? Just follow these simple steps:
- 1 sachet Motion Nutrition Chocolate Spice
- 60-80ml water
- 1 tbsp tahini or nut butter (optional)
- your favourite dippers/crackers/toast to serve
- Pour the protein powder into a bowl then add the water a few spoons at a time stirring to blend.
- Thin to your desired consistency then add the nut butter/tahini if using, stirring once more.
- Serve with your choice of dippers. Apple or pear slices work very well, as do oatcakes, rice cakes or toast.
