Karine & Jeff is a family-owned business around its two co-founders and directors and it is about the love of life and of everything that makes it as beautiful and balanced as possible.
They offer a wide range of packaged, ready-to-eat dishes based on cereals, vegetables and legumes. They use only exquisite ingredients and cooking methods that respect their natural flavours, in order to offer balanced meals available in different packaged sizes – and they include soups, vegetable purées, regional recipes, world recipes, tomato sauce, etc.
The company is based in Revel, in the heart of the Lauragais, a region of the southwest of France that honours both the quality of its products and the art of fine cuisine.
Beyond developing cooked dishes, Karine & Jeff also carry strong ethical and ecological values. That’s why their products productions processes protect life and the environment.

A FULLY ORGANIC QUALITY
To make a good dish, you first need good ingredients. That is why Karine & Jeff select the ingredients for their dishes with the greatest care.
All their ingredients come from organic farming. Most come from local producers from the South-West of France, and are carefully selected in order to ensure their taste truly contributes to their recipes’ balance. Then , they are cooked with care, with no added sugar, thickeners, flours or starch, in order to fully preserve their nutritional qualities and let them express their true nature. That’s why they have the Ecocert certification!
In their Revel production site they have pots and pans specifically designed for them. And the low temperature steam cooking, combined with respect of cooking times for each ingredient, enable them to retain the full flavours and qualities of these exquisite products.
From the field to the plate, everything has been considered to ensure that Karine & Jeff’s dishes offer well-being as well as flavour!
