It’s easy to fall into the trap of throwing lots of skincare products at the problem, in the hope of finding a solution to super sensitive or difficult skin.
But chopping and changing your routine, or regularly overloading your skin with too many products can throw your skin even more off balance, particularly if it’s sensitive. And you’ll probably see extra flare-ups, breakouts or dryness too.
If it feels like your skin is a little out of control, it’s a good idea to pare back your routine for a while. Here are some pointers to get you started.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
When your skin is feeling uncomfortable, a two or three step routine is all that’s needed. Plus, the shorter the routine, the easier it is to stick to!
We recommend the basic Cleanse, Tone and Moisturise routine.
Before bed, first things first, get cleansing.
